What Does the Automatic Transmission Warning Light Mean?

• The automatic transmission warning light means there is a problem with the transmission, possibly low fluid temperature, fluid level, pressure, a maintenance reminder, high temperature, and slipping out of gear.

Automatic Transmission System (ATS):

• Reads and clears fault codes, displays live transmission system data (fluid temperature, clutch actuation, pressure, etc.), and ensures transmission performance is optimal for vehicle speed and load. What Can Cause the Airbag Light to Come On?

• The airbag light can come on for many reasons. For example, if the airbag is deactivated, the airbag system has not been reset, the seatbelt buckle is not working, the clock spring is defective, a previous accident has occurred, the SRS computer is faulty and the passenger seat sensor is defective, etc.

Supplemental restraint system (SRS):

• It is able to read and clear fault codes in the SRS (airbag) and turn off the warning light to make sure the system is working correctly and safely. What Could Cause the Check Engine Light to Turn On?

The check engine light can come on for many reasons. For example, a faulty lambda sensor, a loose fuel cap, a faulty catalytic converter, ignition coil problems, faulty spark plug wires, a vacuum leak, etc.

Engine System Diagnosis:

Quickly determines the cause of engine system faults, reads current, permanent and pending codes, clears the codes and turns off the warning light. In addition, the FX2000 also displays important OBD II advanced data such as fuel, emission data and other manufacturer-specific parameters in real time to ensure that the engine ECU is operating correctly and safely.

• Read Codes and Clear Codes: Read the fault code within 3 seconds, clear the pending fault code and turn off the engine light.
• Evap System Test: Allows you to perform a leak test for the vehicle’s EVAP system. Prevent vaporized gasoline vapors from escaping the vehicle’s fuel tank into the atmosphere.
• Freeze Frame: Get a snapshot of the vehicle when a freeze frame code has been saved.
• I/M Readiness Test: The purpose of the readiness monitors is to test the emission control systems of the vehicle itself. The monitors are also referred to as emission monitors. Determine if your vehicle is ready for a smog test.
• On-Board Monitor Test: The on-board diagnostic system consists of a computer that monitors the exhaust system and major engine components. This allows you to read the results of the on-board diagnostic monitoring and test specific components/systems.
• O2 Sensor Test: Allows you to retrieve and view the O2 sensor monitor test result for the last test performed from the vehicle’s on-board computer.
