 How to print diagnostic data?

Step 1: Make sure “Record Mode” is ON before starting to diagnose your vehicles.

Step 2: After completing diagnostics, connect Ancel FX2000 pro to a PC via the USB cable.

Step 3: Open the installed software, enter Ancel FX2000 pro menu “Diagnose” – “Review”- “Upload Record” to upload the data.

Step 4: Click “Print Manager” to access the ScanPrint page, you can save or print the data.

Why does not this scan tool save the diagnostic data?

Make sure the vehicle’s ignition is on.

Make sure that the main menu “Settings” – “Record Mode” is on before you start diagnosing a vehicle.

Once the diagnosis is completed, please check the recorded data in the main menu “Review”. 

How to update Ancel FX2000?

Here’s the upgrade guide via USB cable following:

Step 1: Please connect the device to a computer via the USB cable.

Step 2: Download the latest update software from ANCEL official website and install it on your computer.

Step 3: Open the update software, select the “USB” connection mode and click “OK” to continue. The “Product Serial Number” will be read automatically.

Step 4: Move to the register page, enter your email address and Register Code will be read automatically, then click “Submit”.

Step 5: Click “Select All” and “Download” to start downloading.

Step 6: Do not press any button on the device before the 2 progress bars reach 100%, when the process completes, click “Quit” and disconnect the USB cable.

Here’s the upgrade guide via TF card following:

Step 1: Please make sure the network is good before the update. (Network quality will also affect the update process.)

Step 2: Move out the TF card from the device and insert it into the reader, then plug into the computer port, must make sure that the computer successfully recognizes the TF card, then try to update the device again.

Step 3: If there are still car models not updated, please click “download” again until the update is complete.

Why does it display “No mobile device was found. Please insert TF card to the device.” during the update process?

The message means that the computer does not recognize the TF card in the device. Connect the device to a computer via the USB cable. Please note that there will be a 5-second countdown on the device’s screen to indicate if you want to check for a new version. Simply press OK and then start the update.
